Eligibility for Refund or Return:

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong item, we’ll arrange a return or full refund.

Product Not Delivered: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

 

Conditions:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Peptides that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery are not eligible for return due to product sensitivity.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

Refund Process:

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.


3. If approved, we will provide return instructions or initiate a refund to your original payment method.


4. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
